1. Order Placement & Payment
- All orders must be placed at least 3 to 5 days in advance.
- Orders are confirmed only after full payment is received.
- We accept payment via Go Daddy
- Custom orders may require additional processing time.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
- Orders canceled more than 48 hours before pickup/delivery will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event are non-refundable.
- No refunds will be issued for no-shows or late pickups.
- We do not offer refunds for taste preference or minor design variations.
3. Allergens & Dietary Restrictions
- Our products are made in a home kitchen that may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including dairy, eggs, wheat, soy, nuts, and gluten.
- While we do our best to accommodate allergies, we cannot guarantee a 100% allergen-free environment.
- Customers are responsible for notifying us of any food allergies or dietary restrictions when placing an order.
4. Pickup & Delivery
- Pickup is available at specified location upon order confirmation.
- Delivery may be available within 15 mile radius.
- Customers are responsible for being present at the agreed time and location.
5. Design & Creative License
- While we strive to match requested designs, all cupcakes are handmade and may vary slightly from the reference images.
- We reserve the right to make substitutions or minor changes when necessary due to ingredient availability or to ensure quality.
6. Liability
- Once an order has been picked up or delivered, we are not responsible for any damage that occurs during transport, storage, or setup.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to store cupcakes in appropriate conditions (usually cool, dry environments) and to consume them within 2–3 days for optimal freshness.
7. Intellectual Property
- All photos, logos, designs, and content on our website and social media are the property of Matty's Bakehouse and may not be copied or reused without written permission.
8. Changes to Terms
- We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting.
